To return an order

Once received, goods which are faulty or not suitable can be returned, Simply post the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to pierced products which can not be returned for hygiene reasons. Items that are faulty will be repaired/replaced and posted back to you within 3-5 days of receiving the item. Please note we can only credit items that have been purchased in that current Season, for all other items we offer a free repair service. Your credit note can then be used against any future order.

Please note - Your dispatch note will be required as proof of purchase.


*Sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

By Post

1. Complete the bottom section of the Dispatch Note, received with the goods.
2. The completed section of the Dispatch Note must be included with the goods.
3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. You will be issued with a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.
Please allow up to 28 days for your credit note to be processed from the day you return the products.
